Delivery Information

Shipping & Delivery

We offers 2-5 day shipping on orders  with faster 2-day shipping on thousands of everyday essentials. Items shipping as freight may take longer than 5 days to arrive.

We also offer in store pick-up for free.

To make sure we can get items marked with 2-day delivery to you in two days, you need to place your order by 2pm in the time zone to which your package is being shipped. Keep in mind that two days means two business days, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take longer to ship. There’s no standard delivery on Sunday or major holidays.

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Where do we ship?

We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia right now. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, which are both amazing places, we’re sorry and we want to be shipping there as soon as we can.

Where do my product ship from?

All orders are shipped from our retail store located at 726 S Lorraine Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189.

How do you ensure the safety of fresh and frozen foods?

Food safety is our top priority, and we work really hard to make sure that everything you order meets safety standards both before and after your order is packed. Here’s how we do it:

Facility and associate training

All of our associates are trained in both food safety and Jet-specific handling and packing procedures, and our facility is regularly inspected by local and federal agencies. We also do internal food safety audits ourselves.

Temperature control

Our unique packing is designed to keep your frozen, chilled and ambient items protected from damage and spoilage. We ship 7 days a week with 1-2 day delivery and select zip codes are eligible for scheduled same- and next-day delivery. Either way, you don’t need to have to be home to receive the package. Please see your order confirmation e-mail for specific instructions.

Additional precautions

Every fresh grocery order is sealed with Jet tamper-evident tape to ensure the products are stored safely. Raw foods are specially bagged to prevent cross-contamination.

Your part

Once you open the box and inner insulated bags, put your groceries in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible. Put raw meat and seafood on the bottom shelf, away from and not in direct contact with ready-to-eat foods, and make sure to wash whole produce thoroughly before you eat it. This probably goes without saying, but packaged food products should be consumed by their Use-By dates as stated on their outer packaging.
